There are two of us. Whoever surveys your job is one of the people who turns up to do it, and the same two of us are there from the first day to the last. No subcontractors, no rotating crew, nobody you have not met.

Why the patch is small

We only work across eight neighbourhoods in south and west London. It is not modesty — it is what makes the rest of it possible. A small radius means we can survey within a few days, start sooner, and come back the same week if something needs another look. A decorator covering all of Greater London cannot do any of that.

How we price

We survey properly, then send a written, itemised, fixed price within 48 hours. It lists the preparation, not just the painting, because the preparation is what you are actually paying for. If we miss something at survey, that is our problem and the price holds.

What we will not do

Commercial contracts, site work for developers, or anything where we would have to put a team we do not know into your house. We also will not paper over existing wallpaper, paint over a ceiling that has lost its key, or put a finish coat on plaster that has not dried — all of which will look fine for a few months and then fail.

Where we are right now

Honestly: early. We are two freelancers building this up, we are not VAT registered, and our reviews page is empty because we would rather it were empty than fictional. What we can offer is that the price we write down is the price you pay, and that we answer the phone seven days a week between 9am and 7pm.
