Battersea
Two-bedroom flat turnaround, Nine Elms
Friday check-out, Wednesday check-in. Four days on an empty flat with long open-plan wall runs and a great deal of glass showing up every flaw.

Raking light from a fully glazed wall is the hardest condition to finish a flat wall in. Every fill shows if it is not sanded properly, and every roller join shows if the coat is not laid off in one pass.
The answer is unglamorous: fill, sand, dust off, and roll each coat wet-edge from one end of the wall to the other without stopping. Four days, most of it preparation, and the photographs for the check-in report went out the same evening.
